School Chaplaincy

The Wednesday Word

Children choose to be part of the Chaplaincy Team. They are there to help strengthen the spiritual life of the school. They try to help the children to think more deeply about their lives and want all the children to feel part of a safe and loving community. Their role is to represent and serve all the children at St Catharine’s.

The Chaplaincy Team organises assemblies, prayer times, retreats and participate in liturgies. They also talk to the governors so that everyone knows what their role in school is all about.
